Recently, Steve Schulteis, who began as a DPW Laborer with Fox Point on September 23, 1986, announced he was retiring. Steve informed Village staff the week of June 12, 2023 noting that his last day with the Village is scheduled to be June 30, 2023.
In recognition for his over 36 years of service and in appreciation for all that he has done throughout his career with the Village, Steve was offered the opportunity to take his last week off with an additional week of vacation. His commitment to the Village showed as he graciously turned down the opportunity. If you see Steve during the next week (he drives the scooter with the happy face on it), please take a moment to thank him for his years of service.
