FREE! Summer Fitness & Recreation Programming

WAC Outdoor Fitness Schedule Flyer

The Village of Fox Point has partnered with the Wisconsin Athletic Club to provide FREE recreation and fitness programming this summer. Classes are open to Fox Point residents and Pool Members. 


  • Class sizes are limited. 
  • Participants must sign up at the Fox Point Municipal Pool. 
  • Dates and classes will be updated as soon as information becomes available. 
  • Please contact the Assistant Village Manager with any questions.

*These classes will begin June 17, 2022 and run through the end of August.*

  • Poolside yoga and aquatics classes will be held at the Fox Point Municipal Pool. 
    • Participants for yoga should bring their own mats. Mats will not be provided.
  • Boot Camp and Beers & Cardio Circuit classes will be held at the Fox Point Municipal Pool to coincide with the weekly beer garden partnership with New Barons Brewing Cooperative.
  • Yoga, Run-Cycle-Swim, Boot Camp, and Cardio Circuit classes will be held at Longacre Park.

Aqua Zumba - Zumba hits the deck! This low impact choreographed class fuses Latin & International music and moves to create a dynamic and exciting water class.

Water Aerobics - This basic water class provides a cardiovascular workout, complete with toning and stretching. Similar to our Lite series, this class is perfect for the mature adult, those individuals new to fitness and anyone recovering from an injury.

Poolside Yoga - This ancient practice creates a strong and flexible body through a series of poses that enhance focus and calm the mind. This is a perfect complement to your existing fitness program or a great workout all on its own.

Poolside Zumba - Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning dance fitness-party. This class is based on a fusion of Latin and International music dance themes.

Boot Camp - This class is an introduction to an intense workout that will include strength, conditioning, speed work, balance, and plyometric drills. Watch your stamina and fitness level soar to new heights.

Cardio Circuit - Get plugged into this circuit format class. There's no tricky choreography-just challenging and fun stations featuring cardio, muscle conditioning and balance training exercises.
