The Village of Fox Point has enacted a juvenile curfew with the intent of preventing juvenile crime and protection of youth from becoming a victim. With this in mind, persons under 17 years of age cannot loiter away from home between the hours of 11:00 pm and 5:00 am. This ordinance does take into consideration why the juvenile is out between the designated hours, permitting specific activities and travel.
